Clone the Altair repo

1. Install the git client.
2. From a command line navigate to your regular project folder.

3. From the command line, clone the Altair emulator repo from GitHub. The Altair project will be cloned into a folder named AltairOnAzureSphere.

   git clone --recurse-submodules https://github.com/AzureSphereCloudEnabledAltair8800/AltairOnAzureSphere.git AltairOnAzureSphere
